Ahmad Al- Misawi is from Safakes, Tunisia.  He holds a Bachelor Degree in Media and Communication Art from Safakes University year 2011. Ahmad was an active student during his studies where he participated in a variety of student elections and won the student representative seat in the scientific council of the humanities department of Safakes University. He continued his active participation in a vast majority of student organizations and associations. Throughout his enrollment in university he was an activist, a leader and a prominent member inside the revolution lead by the Tunisian Youth. Currently, Ahmad holds the position of a coordinator inside the Arab Institute for Democracy.
