Dr. Karam Karam
Dr. Karam Karam heads the research division in the “Common Space Initiative for Shared Knowledge and Consensus Building”. He supervises the studies and reports connected to the subjects of national dialogues and reforms in Lebanon and a number of Arab countries. Dr. Karam acquired a doctorate in political sciences and a post graduate studies certificate in comparative political sciences from the institute of political sciences in Aix En Provence, France. He teaches political sciences in the Lebanese University as a contracted professor. He also worked as a program director in the Lebanese Center for Policy Studies where his work was focused on political and social changes and political reforms in Lebanon and other Arab countries. Karam Karam is active in a number of organizations working to defend civil and political rights and liberties in Lebanon.
